摘要
为推进苏州社区嵌入式养老服务高质量发展,鼓励市场力量参与运营,整合社区嵌入式养老服务资源,本文对苏州市社区嵌入式养老市场化运行现状进行梳理,了解机构运营日间照料中心模式和机构养老+社区医疗模式存在的问题.分析问题成因并提出相关对策思路,以期提高专业机构参与社区嵌入式养老服务的意愿,在政府、市场和社会间形成合力,提高养老服务质量.
Abstract
In order to promote the high-quality development of embedded elderly care services in Suzhou communities,encourage market forces to participate in operation,and integrate community embedded elderly care service resources,this article summarizes the current situation of market-oriented operation of embedded elderly care in Suzhou communities,and understands the problems existing in the institutional operation of day care centers and the institutional elderly care+community medical model.Analyze the causes of the problem and propose relevant countermeasures,in order to increase the willingness of professional institutions to partici-pate in community embedded elderly care services,form a joint force between the government,market,and society,and improve the quality of elderly care services.
