Based on the current research status at home and abroad,this article reviews the existing research on customer fit from the aspects of definition,measurement,and research models.Using content analysis method to explore the concept of customer fit as a re-search hotspot.Select 20 influential customer fits from domestic and foreign literature for analysis.After selecting samples,construct-ing category systems,conducting reliability tests,and analyzing results,summarize the concept of customer fit.
