摘要

结合国内外研究现状,本文从顾客契合的定义、测量、研究模型等方面对国内外现有研究进行综述.针对顾客契合这一研究热点,运用内容分析法对概念进行探讨.从国内外文献中筛选出有影响力的20个顾客契合进行分析,经过选择样本、构建类目系统、信度检验、结果分析等过程,凝练总结顾客契合的概念.

Abstract

Based on the current research status at home and abroad,this article reviews the existing research on customer fit from the aspects of definition,measurement,and research models.Using content analysis method to explore the concept of customer fit as a re-search hotspot.Select 20 influential customer fits from domestic and foreign literature for analysis.After selecting samples,construct-ing category systems,conducting reliability tests,and analyzing results,summarize the concept of customer fit.
