Research on the Configuration of High-quality Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises with"Specialization,Refinement,Novelty"——FsQCA Analysis based on TOE Framework
"Specialized,refined,unique and innovative"small and medium-sized enterprises have become the foundation for improv-ing the industrial chain.Based on the TOE theoretical framework,using fsQCA to analyze sample cases from a configuration perspec-tive,this study explores the necessary conditions and configuration paths for the high-quality development of"specialized,refined,distinctive,and new"small and medium-sized enterprises,and then provides targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of"specialized,refined,distinctive,and new"small and medium-sized enterprises.
