Research on the Talent Training Model of Pilot School Enterprise Cooperation
With the proposal of China's"14th Five Year Plan"for the development of civil aviation,the Chinese aviation industry has ushered in a period of rapid development.But an important factor restricting the development of the civil aviation industry is the shortage of pilots,and the fundamental reason for the shortage of pilots is high training costs and long training cycles.This article an-alyzes and compares pilot training methods at home and abroad,constructs a pilot training cost model,calculates pilot training costs,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic pilot school enterprise cooperation talent training model.In re-sponse to the insufficient diversified demands,practical risks,and high costs in the current pilot training process,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the quality of pilot training and help the rapid development of China's avia-tion industry.
