The contradiction between the severe employment situation of master's graduates in social work and the huge shortage of so-cial work practitioners profoundly affects the stability of society.To address this contradiction,this article explores career and em-ployment orientation through a questionnaire survey based on the social work master's degree graduates from S University.By utilizing interview methods,analyze the reasons for the formation of orientation and propose corresponding strategies to encourage individuals to choose social related work.Building a team of social work talents,filling the talent gap,increasing employment,and resolving em-ployment conflicts is an important issue in promoting social stability.
