Research on the Impact Mechanism of Residents'Heritage Responsibility Behavior along the Grand Canal——From the Perspective of Planned Behavior Theory
Local residents are important entities in the protection and inheritance of the Grand Canal cultural heritage, and their her-itage responsibility behavior is crucial for the sustainable development of the Grand Canal cultural heritage. This study introduces the theory of local attachment, taking the Suzhou section of the Grand Canal as an example, and uses structural equation modeling to verify the relationship between residents'local attachment,TPB,and heritage responsibility behavior. The results indicate that:(1)residents'local dependence and local identity have a significant positive impact on the three dimensions of TPB;(2)The three dimensions of TPB have a significant positive impact on residents'inheritance responsibility behavior;(3)The three dimensions of TPB mediate the rela-tionship between residents'attachment to their place and their inheritance responsibility behavior. Therefore, the areas along the Grand Canal should develop cultural and creative experiential products and various consumption scenarios to enhance the emotional connec-tion between local residents and cultural heritage, thereby promoting the formation of heritage responsibility behavior.
