摘要

本文在简要梳理A公司销售人员招聘体系现状后,认为要通过规范员工招聘需求的分析流程,提高招聘人员的专业化水平.优化求职者的同时,注重校园招聘,制定明确的招聘标准.重视招聘评估的作用,缩短新增员工的审批时间等,以此来保障员工招聘效果.

Abstract

After briefly reviewing the current situation of A company's sales personnel recruitment system,this article believes that it is necessary to improve the professional level of recruiters by standardizing the analysis process of employee recruitment needs.While optimizing job seekers,pay attention to campus recruitment and establish clear recruitment standards.Pay attention to the role of re-cruitment evaluation,shorten the approval time for new employees,etc.,in order to ensure the effectiveness of employee recruitment.
