摘要
创业团队断裂带体现了创业团队内部的拮构特征.以2016-2019年创业板473家上市公司为样本,引入谦卑型董事会作为调节变量,研究了创业团队断裂带对企业风险承担的影响.将创业团队断裂带分为社会类别断裂带和任务断裂带,采用ASW聚类算法进行测量,实证结果表明:社会类别断裂带对企业风险承担具有正向影响;任务断裂带对企业风险承担具有负向影响;谦卑型董事会对于社会类别断裂带与企业风险承担的调节作用不显著;谦卑型董事会正向调节任务断裂带对企业风险承担的影响.研究结论丰富了创业团队断裂带的研究,同时对创业团队如何承担创业风险有重要的管理启示.
Abstract
The fault zone of entrepreneurial teams reflects the structural characteristics within the entrepreneurial team.Using 473 list-ed companies on the ChiNext board from 2016 to 2019 as samples,this study introduces a humble board of directors as a moderating variable to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial team rupture on corporate risk-taking.The fault zones of entrepreneurial teams are divided into social category fault zones and task fault zones,and measured using the ASW clustering algorithm.Empirical results show that social category fault zones have a positive impact on enterprise risk-taking;The task rupture zone has a negative impact on enterprise risk-taking;The moderating effect of a humble board of directors on the social category fault zone and corporate risk-tak-ing is not significant;The humble board of directors positively regulates the impact of task discontinuity on corporate risk-taking.The research findings enrich the study of entrepreneurial team fault zones and provide important management insights for how en-trepreneurial teams can take on entrepreneurial risks.
