Based on the financial data of Jianfan Biotechnology from 2017 to 2021,this article focuses on the three equity incentive schemes and compares and analyzes the implementation effects of equity incentives from the perspectives of financial performance,capital market response,human capital,and innovation performance.The implementation of equity incentives by Jianfan Biotechnolo-gy has had a positive impact on its own development.Therefore,improvement suggestions have been proposed and the advantages of equity incentives for innovation and sustainable development of high-tech enterprises have been identified.
