摘要

本文通过实证检验方法验证了工作能量测量问卷在中国情境下同样具有良好的拮构效度;玩兴氛围对工作能量、员工创新作用有显著的正向作用;环境不确定性正向调节了玩兴氛围对工作能量的作用等.研究表明,将玩与工作相结合的氛围有助于激发员工工作能量,一旦员工富有积极能量,员工的积极状态就能拓展员工瞬时思维,进而进一步提高员工的创新行为.

Abstract

This article verifies through empirical testing methods that the Work Energy Measurement Questionnaire also has good structural validity in the Chinese context;The playful atmosphere has a significant positive effect on work energy and employee inno-vation;Environmental uncertainty positively moderates the impact of a fun atmosphere on work energy.Research has shown that an atmosphere that combines play and work can help stimulate employees'work energy.Once employees are filled with positive energy,their positive state can expand their instantaneous thinking and further improve their innovative behavior.
