This article verifies through empirical testing methods that the Work Energy Measurement Questionnaire also has good structural validity in the Chinese context;The playful atmosphere has a significant positive effect on work energy and employee inno-vation;Environmental uncertainty positively moderates the impact of a fun atmosphere on work energy.Research has shown that an atmosphere that combines play and work can help stimulate employees'work energy.Once employees are filled with positive energy,their positive state can expand their instantaneous thinking and further improve their innovative behavior.
