A Review of Resilience Research in the Context of Entrepreneurship in China
In the current VUCA era,entrepreneurial enterprises are facing a highly uncertain and complex environment.In China,es-pecially after the COVID-19,many entrepreneurial enterprises cannot survive healthily,while some enterprises can continue to sur-vive or even develop better.Upon investigation,resilience plays a crucial role in it.In recent years,resilience research in the field of entrepreneurship has gradually become a hot topic.How to cope with the difficulties and challenges brought about by uncertain envi-ronments,ensure that enterprises can quickly recover from adversity,and enhance entrepreneurial resilience has become a key con-cern for scholars.
