摘要
本文建立了气相色谱质谱法(GCMS)检测地表水中 18 种多氯联苯含量的方法,通过液萃取法萃取样品中的多氯联苯.萃取液经过脱水、浓缩、净化定容后使用GCMS进行分离和检测.本文通过内标法定量,用同一方法比较四种水质(矿泉水、自来水、青山湖水和养殖场尾水)的检出限、回收率、精密度、标准工作曲线的相关系数等指标.18 种多氯联苯在 20~500μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995.方法检出限为 0.0006~0.0015μg/L,定量限为 0.0024~0.0060μg/L.实验结果表明,该方法灵敏度好,选择性高,定性定量准确可靠,适合多种地表水中多氯联苯的检测.
Abstract
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GCMS)method was developed for the determination of 18 polychlorinated biphenyls in surface water.Polychlorinated biphenyls in samples were extracted by liquid-liquid extraction method.After dehydration,concentration,purification and constant volume,the extracting solution was separated and detected by GCMS.The linearity of 18 PCBs was good in the range of 20~500 µg/L,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995.The limit of detection was 0.0006~0.0015 µg/L,and the limit of quantification was 0.0024~0.0060 µg/L.The experimental results show that this method has good sensitivity,high repeatability,and can accurately detect the contents of 18 PCBs in surface water.
