新型气相色谱-质谱法测定环境空气中多氯联苯的方法验证

多氯联苯(PCBs)长期广泛存在于环境中,并会对人体健康以及动植物造成极大危害.为满足环境空气中多氯联苯项目的监测要求,本论文采用一种新型的气相色谱-质谱法,即具有广谱PCBs测试的方法验证,按照《环境空气多氯联苯的测定气相色谱-质谱法》(HJ 902-2017)的标准,最终获得优异的测试结果.实验结果表明,此种新型方法验证对 27 种多氯联苯及其衍生物在浓度范围为 25.0~500 μg/L内都呈现出较好的线性关系,其中相关系数均超过 0.997,并且此方法验证的检出限、精密度、准确度均满足HJ 902-2017 标准.此结果表明此方法可以测定环境空气中 27 种氯联苯及其衍生物的能力.
A Novel Method Verification of Determination of Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Ambient Air by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
Polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)exist widely in the environment for a long time and caused great threat to human health,animals and plants.In order to meet the monitoring requirements of PCBs in ambient air,this manuscript provides a new method verification by gas-chromatoc-mass spectrometry for a broad spectrum PCBs measurements.According to the"Determination of PCBs in ambient air gas-chromatoc-mass spectrometry"(HJ 902-2017)standard,as a result,we obtained an excellent result.The experimental results showed that this new method verification have a good linear relationship for 27 PCBs and their derivatives in the concentration range of 25.0~500 μg/L,all correlation coefficients had exceed 0.997.Both of detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method verification are verified to conform to the HJ 902-2017 standard.The results show that this method verification can determine the ability of 27 kinds of PCBs and their derivatives in ambient air.
