Determination of 1,4-Dioxane in Food Detergents by Headspace Gas Chromatography
Headspace gas chromatography was used to determine the content of 1,4-dioxane in food detergents.In the range of 0.5mg/kg~30mg/kg,the chromatographic peak area ratio of 1,4-dioxane and 4-methyl-1,3-dioxane internal standard has a good linear relationship with the concentration ratio,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9978.The recoveries ranged from 96.7%to 110.5%and the relative standard deviations were 1.4%to 4.3%at the concentrations of 1mg/kg,5mg/kg and 20mg/kg.The relative standard deviation of precision measurement is 2.8%(n=6).20 batches of different brands of different batches of food detergents were tested and analyzed,and the detected value of 10 batches was higher than the detection limit value,which was between 0.56mg/kg and 2.61mg/kg.This method can provide reference for the determination of 1,4-dioxane in food detergents.
