高性能热电材料的开发是提升热电转换效率的关键,二硫化钛(TiS2)是一种性能优异的二维热电材料.为进一步提高二硫化钛(TiS2)热电性能,研究制备了夹层结构的二硫化钛(TiS2)/聚(3,4-乙烯基二氧噻吩):聚(苯乙烯磺酸盐)(PEDOT:PSS)复合薄膜.该复合薄膜的热电性能得到了明显的提升,其功率因子可达 368.58μW·m-1·K-2.制备夹层结构的TiS2/PEDOT:PSS复合薄膜有利于得到更加规整的有机-无机异质界面,进而通过界面效应来提升复合薄膜的热电性能.
Preparation and Thermoelectric Properties of TiS2/PEDOT:PSS Composite Films
The development of high-performance thermoelectric materials is the key to improve the thermoelectric conversion efficiency.Titanium disulfide(TiS2)is a two-dimensional thermoelectric material with excellent performance.In order to further improve its thermoelectric properties,titanium disulfide(TiS2)/Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)composite films with different structures were prepared.The thermoelectric properties of the composite film have been significantly improved,and its power factor can reach 368.58 μW·m-1·K-2.The preparation of TiS2/PEDOT:PSS composite film with sandwich structure is beneficial to obtain a more regular organic-inorganic heterogeneous interface,and then improve the thermoelectric properties of the composite film through the interface effect.
