Preliminary Study on the Pharmacodynamics of Wisteria Root and Empirical Formula Containing Wisteria Root
Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Ziteng root and its empirical formula containing Ziteng root,as well as their pharmacokinetic patterns.Methods:The chronic proliferative anti-inflammatory effect of Wisteria vine root and empirical formula containing Wisteria vine root was studied by cotton ball Granuloma inflammation experiment in mice,and the analgesic effect of Wisteria vine root and empirical formula containing Wisteria vine root was explored by writhing test in mice.Results:The three dose groups of Wisteria vine root and empirical formula containing Wisteria vine root could inhibit the growth of granulation in different degrees,and inhibit the chronic inflammation caused by cotton ball Granuloma;At the same time,all dosage groups of this formula have extremely significant analgesic effects.Conclusion:To verify the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Ziteng root and empirical formulas containing Ziteng root,and to explain that a small proportion of its empirical formula will have a better anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect on the entire empirical formula.This study provides a reference for the quality standards and clinical application of Ziteng root.
