摘要

利用沉析法制备再生聚酯短纤维,并研究丝胶蛋白添加量及剪切速度对所制备沉析纤维形貌、结晶度、亲水性、回潮率等的影响.结果表明:利用沉析法可以制得丝胶蛋白/再生聚酯短纤,纤维呈丝带状,形态柔顺,质轻且薄.添加丝胶蛋白及提高剪切速度可以有效改善纤维的亲水性和回潮率,当丝胶蛋白添加量为 15%,且剪切速度为 9000r/min时,沉析纤维的水接触角为 45.2°,回潮率为 3.47%,表现出优秀且持久的吸湿性能.

Abstract

Regenerated polyester staple fiber was prepared by precipitation method.The effects of the amount of sericin and the shear rate on the morphology,crystallinity,hydrophilicity and moisture regain of the fibrid were studied.The results showed that sericin/regenerated polyester staple fibrid could be prepared by the method.The fibrid was ribbon shaped,flexible,light and thin.Adding Sericin and increasing the shear speed can effectively improve the hydrophilicity and moisture regain of the fibrid.When the addition amount of sericin is 15%and the shear speed is 9000 r/min,the water contact angle of the fibrid is 45.2 °,and the moisture regain is 3.47%,showing excellent and durable moisture absorption performance.
