Research Progress of New Immobilized Enzyme Technology
Immobilized enzyme technology is a fermentation method that has gradually developed in recent years,and the free enzyme is blocked in a solid material or a special material for catalytic reaction by physical or chemical methods.Immobilized enzyme technology improves the stability of enzymes,is easy to control,can be used multiple times,and has low cost.It overcomes the deficiency of free enzymes and is widely used in pharmaceuticals,food fermentation,industrial production,new energy materials,medicine and clinical,environmental protection,etc.Immobilization technology is a gene regulation technology,which provides new ideas for the purification and separation technology of biological polymers and medical clinical analysis.In this paper,the principles,applications,advantages and disadvantages of research directions of immobilization technology and the application of immobilization technology in food and medicine,environmental monitoring.
