Progress of Chemical Composition Extraction Technology and Content Determination in Cistanche
Cistanche has the effect of tonifying kidney and Yang,moistening intestines and defecation,is one of the rare traditional Chinese medicines produced in northwest China.Because of its high medicinal value,it is widely used in Chinese patent medicines,TCM clinical prescription and health food,Causing widespread destruction and exhaustion of wild resources.Cistanche is a parasitic plant,the special growth demand and growth environment are not only related to the local economic development and regional ecological construction.In recent years in Xinjiang,Qinghai,Inner Mongolia,Gansu and other places have different hosts,different varieties of cistanche large range of planting.The geographical environment is one of the key factors affecting the quality,quality and efficacy of cistanche.Therefore,the author has consulted the literature,the extraction method and content determination method of chemical composition in cistanche were summarized,combining the influence of variety,origin,harvest period and processing on the chemical content of cistanche,In order to provide theoretical reference for further research of cistanche in food and medicine.
