摘要
产品使用寿命是高分子涂料的重要指标.本文综述了关于高分子涂层寿命预测的研究进展,介绍了常见的高分子涂层失效机理,包括涂层结构和成分等内在因素,以及光、热、湿度等外在因素;介绍了人工神经网络、灰色模型、阿伦尼乌斯方程等在高分子涂层寿命预测的最新应用;从在经典方程中引入更多因子、将灰色模型与其他方法结合、获取更多实验数据后进行深度学习拟合三个方面对高分子涂层寿命预测技术进行了展望.
Abstract
The service life is an important indicator of polymer coatings.The research progress in predicting the life of polymer coatings was reviewed.Common failure mechanisms of polymer coatings were introduced,including internal factors such as coating structure and composition,as well as external factors such as light,heat,and humidity.The recently applications of artificial neural networks,grey model,Arrhenius law and other models in life prediction of polymer coatings were reviewed.The prospect of polymer coating life prediction technology was presented from three aspects:introducing more factors into classical equations,combining grey system theory models with other methods,obtaining more experimental data,and conducting deep learning and fitting.
