Determination of Four Soluble Heavy Metals in Wood Furniture Paints by ICP-OES
Establish a detection method for the determination of four soluble heavy metals in wood furniture paint by ICP-OES.The results showed that the linear relationship between the four soluble heavy metals was good within the concentration range of 0.1~10.0mg/L,with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.99989.The limits of detection(LODs)and the limits of quantification(LOQs)ranged from 0.0314 to 0.7543mg/kg and 0.1045 to 2.492mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviations ranged from 0.09%to 3.04%.The relative errors ranged from 4.6%to 7.6%.The recoveries ranged from 94.33%to 112.0%.This method have the advantages of low detection limit and quantitative limit,high precision and accuracy,and rapid in detection,and is suitable for detecting the soluble heavy metal contents in wood furniture paints.
