Analysis of 33 Prohibited Pesticide Residues in Asteris Radix Et Rhizoma
Objective:To evaluate the residues of 33 prohibited pesticides in Asteris radix et rhizoma. Methods:Extracting samples with acetonitrile and cleaning up with solid phase extraction, high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry were used to detect the residues of 33 prohibited pesticides in Atractylodes macrocephala rhizoma. Results:The calibration curves of 33 forbidden pesticide residues showed good linearities with correlation coefficients above 0.995.The measured recoveries ranged from 70.2%to 106.9%.The positive detection rate of phorate in the 20 batches of Asteris radix et rhizoma was 100%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and highly sensitive for the confirmation of 33 prohibited pesticide residue.Phorate residues in Asteris radix et rhizoma must be concerned.
