摘要

本文采用聚乳酸吸管为研究对象,通过采用人工裁剪、高速粉碎机粉碎、冷冻研磨仪粉碎等制备方式,将试样制成三种尺寸,其中1号试样为1 cm× 1 cm的片状物、2号试样为1.5 mm×2.0 mm的片状物,3号试样直径110μm的颗粒,并对三种尺寸的试样进行了生物分解率测试.结果表明,试样的尺寸大小与所需的试验时间成反比,2号试样及3号试样达到91%分解率所需的试验时间相较于1号试样分别减少了 7 d和13 d.

Abstract

A polylactic acid straw was used as the research object,and the sample was made into three sizes by manual cutting,high-speed grinder crushing,and frozen grinder crushing.Sample 1 is 1cm × 1cm sheet shape.Sample 2 is 1.5mm × 2.0mm sheet shape.Sample 3 has a diameter of 110 μm particles.Three sizes of samples were subjected to biodegradation rate testing.The results are as follows:The size of the sample is inversely proportional to the required test time.The test time required for sample 1 and sample 2 to achieve a 91%decomposition rate was reduced by 13 days and 7 days respectively compared to sample 3.
