复原(仿生)海水原料监管及标准化思考

随着人们对海鲜产品的安全的重视,暂养型复原(仿生)海水原料逐渐成为保障海鲜产品安全的重要产品.复原(仿生)海水原料经过约10年的发展,正成为江西省新干县重要的化工产品.文章分析了市场上企业复原(仿生)海水相关产品来源及全国行业内标准现状,参考国内天然海水组成方面的研究结果,证明了海水成分的恒定性,对比了行业标准、团体标准、企业标准等几项重要的复原(仿生)海水产品相关标准的优缺点,探讨了行业标准、团体标准、企业标准等标准化过程中存在的原材料要求还不严格、检测方法不一致这两个方面的问题,提出了明晰该类产品标准的归口管理、统一规范、提升标准水平等方面的监管建议及标准化思考,着力推动复原(仿生)海水原料行业的规范发展.
Supervision and Standardization of Reduced(Bionic)Seawater Raw Materials
Due to the current discharge of nuclear wastewater from Japan,people have begun to pay attention to the safety of seafood products.Reduced(Bionic)seawater raw materials have gradually become an important product for seafood product safety.After about 10 years of development,Reduced(Bionic)seawater raw materials are becoming an important chemical product in Xingan County,Jiangxi Province.The quality and standardization issues of this product are prominent.The article analyzes the sources of enterprise Reduced(Bionic)seawater related products in the market and the current status of industry standards nationwide.Referring to the research results on the composition of natural seawater in China,it proves the constancy of seawater composition,compares the advantages and disadvantages of several important Reduced(Bionic)seawater product related standards such as industry standards,group standards,and enterprise standards,and explores industry standards,group standards,and There are two issues in the standardization process of enterprise standards,including the lack of strict raw material requirements and inconsistent testing methods.Regulatory suggestions and standardization thinking have been put forward to clarify the centralized management,unified specifications,and improve the level of standards for this type of product standards,focusing on promoting the Reduced(Bionic)seawater raw materials industry standards.
