动物源性食品和水中痕量氧氟沙星检测方法研究进展

摘要
氧氟沙星是一种抗菌性药物,因对动物的皮肤病、胃肠炎等疾病有显著疗效,在水产养殖和畜牧业中得到了应用.然而,氧氟沙星的使用会在动物体内及水体环境中形成药物残留,从而对人类的身体健康造成严重的毒副作用.为此,我国的食品安全国家标准对食品动物中氧氟沙星的最大残留限量进行了规定.本文综述了近年来动物源性食品和水中痕量氧氟沙星的主要检测方法(包括色谱法及质谱法、光谱分析法、电化学分析法和免疫分析法等)的原理和进展,并对痕量氧氟沙星检测领域的发展趋势进行了展望.
Abstract
Ofloxacin is an antibacterial drug,and has been used in the aquaculture and animal husbandry for its notable curative effect on animal skin diseases,gastroenteritis and so on.However,the use of ofloxacin will bring excessive drug residues in animals and water environments,thus causing serious harm to human health.China's national food safety standards stipulate the maximum residue limit of ofloxacin in food animals.The principle and progress of the main detection methods(including chromatography and mass spectrometry,spectral analysis,electrochemical analysis and immunoassay)of trace ofloxacin in animal-derived food and water in recent years were reviewed,and the development trend of trace ofloxacin detection was prospected.
