Research Progress on Detection Methods of Trace Ofloxacin in Animal-Derived Food and Water
Ofloxacin is an antibacterial drug, and has been used in the aquaculture and animal husbandry for its notable curative effect on animal skin diseases, gastroenteritis and so on.However, the use of ofloxacin will bring excessive drug residues in animals and water environments, thus causing serious harm to human health.China's national food safety standards stipulate the maximum residue limit of ofloxacin in food animals. The principle and progress of the main detection methods(including chromatography and mass spectrometry, spectral analysis, electrochemical analysis and immunoassay)of trace ofloxacin in animal-derived food and water in recent years were reviewed, and the development trend of trace ofloxacin detection was prospected.
