婴幼儿乳粉中叶酸能力验证结果分析

为了提升实验室对婴幼儿食品和乳粉中叶酸的检测能力,本实验室参加了国家市场监督管理总局组织、河北省食品检验研究院负责协调及实施的"婴幼儿配方乳粉中叶酸的测定"(CNCA-21-01)能力验证活动.方法:根据鼠李糖乳杆菌对叶酸的特异性和灵敏性,利用 2 种商业化试剂盒对考核样NLYZ-YS-089 中叶酸的含量进行定量测定,并对测定结果进行分析评价.结果:考核样NLYZ-YS-089 检测结果为149 μg/100g,Z值为-0.74,|Z|小于 3,本次能力验证实验室间比对结果为满意.结论:本实验室婴幼儿食品和乳粉中叶酸检测能力良好,为保持和提高婴幼儿配方食品和乳粉中叶酸的测定能力打下了坚定的基础.
Analysis of the Results of Proficiency Testing of Folic Acid in Infant Milk Powder
Objective:In order to improve the laboratory's ability to detect folic acid in infant food and milk powder,the laboratory participated in the proficiency testing activity of"Determination of Folic acid in Infant formula milk Powder"(CNCA-21-01),which was organized by State Administration for Market Regulation and coordinated and implemented by Hebei Food Inspection and Research Institute.Methods:Based on rhamnose lactobacillus specificity and sensitivity of folic acid,two commercial kits were used to quantitatively determine the content of folic acid in the test sample NLYZ-YS-089,and the determination results were analyzed and evaluated.Results:The inspection sample NLYZ-YS-089 test results of 149 μg/100g,Z value is 0.74,|Z|less than 3,comparing the results between the proficiency testing lab for satisfaction.Conclusion:Our laboratory has a good ability to detect folic acid in infant formula food and milk powder,which lays a solid foundation for maintaining and improving the determination ability of folic acid in infant formula food and milk powder.
