基于微量元素和热重分析指标车前草、穿心莲、鸡骨草多指标化学计量分析

选择 3 种清热解毒类中草药作为研究对象,测定 3 种中草药的燃烧热、燃烧稳定性、脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、微量元素,从多指标方面用化学计量学方法对中草药品质评价.结果表明,3 种中草药燃烧热含量在 21663.03～24106.97 J/g;燃烧稳定性排序为穿心莲＞鸡骨草＞车前草;脂肪含量为 0.83%～1.24%,自高到低为车前草＞鸡骨草＞穿心莲;灰分含量为 5.23%～12.80%,自高到低为车前草＞穿心莲＞鸡骨草;粗纤维含量为 14.98%～34.13%,自高到低为鸡骨草＞穿心莲＞车前草.燃烧热、燃烧性(中草药的燃烧稳定性)、脂肪含量、灰分、粗纤维、微量元素量等指标的顺序为鸡骨草＞车前草＞穿心莲.本研究建立对该 3种清热解毒类中草药的多指标分析及评价体系,为清热解毒类中草药的质量评价和其综合利用提供一定的理论基础和科学指导.
Based on Trace Elements and Thermogravimetric Analysis Multi-Indicator Chemometric Analysis of Plantago Asiatca L,Andrographis Paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees and Abrus Cantoniensis Hance
Three kinds of heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese herbal medicines were selected as the research objects,and the combustion heat,combustion stability,fat,crude fiber,ash and trace elements of the three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were determined to evaluate the quality of Chinese herbal medicines from the aspect of multi-indicators by chemometric method.The results showed that the combustion heat content of the three Chinese herbal medicines ranged from 21663.03 to 24106.97 J/g;the combustion stability was in the following order:Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees>Abrus cantoniensis Hance>Plantago asiatca L;the fat content was in the range of 0.83%～1.24%,and the content order was:Plantago asiatca L>Abrus cantoniensis Hance>Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees;the ash content was in the range of 5.23%～12.80%,and the content order was:Plantago asiatca L>Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees>Abrus cantoniensis Hance.The crude fiber content ranged from 14.98 to 34.13%,and the content order was:Abrus cantoniensis Hance>Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees>Plantago asiatca L.The order of multiple indicators of heat of combustion,combustibility(combustion stability of Chinese herbal medicine),fat content,ash,crude fiber,trace elements content was:Abrus cantoniensis Hance>Plantago asiatca L>Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees.This study establishes the multi-indicator analysis and evaluation system of three heat-cleansing and detoxifying Chinese herbal medicine to provide a certain theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the quality evaluation of heat-cleansing and detoxifying Chinese herbal medicine and their comprehensive use.
