Analysis of Rare Earth Element Differences and Fingerprint Mapping in Fructus Aurantii from Different Producing Areas
In order to explore the distribution law,element content and internal relationship of rare earth elements in Fructus Aurantii from different producing areas,and to draw the fingerprint of rare earth elements in Fructus Aurantii,as a reference for the identification of Fructus Aurantii medicinal materials.A method for simultaneous determination of La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Lu,Yb and Y in Fructus Aurantii by microwave digestion-ICP-MS with collision reaction cell(KED)mode and on-line internal standard method was developed.The correlation coefficient R2 of each element was 0.996~1.000,and the precision RSD was 1.4%~5.1%,indicating a good linear relationship.The sample recovery rate was 80%~106%,and the RSD was 0.3%~5.6%.The established method can be used for rapid and accurate detection of rare earth elements in Aurantii Fructus.The content of rare earth elements in Aurantii Fructus samples is rich,among which the contents of Y,La,Ce and Nd are relatively high.The content of Y is up to 255.9 μg/kg,the content of La is up to 365.3 μg/kg,and the content of Ce is up to 245.0μg/kg.However,Lu was not detected.The standard fingerprint of rare earth elements in Fructus Aurantii was drawn based on the average content of rare earth elements in each producing area,which was used as a reference for identifying Fructus Aurantii.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze 13 rare earth elements in Aurantii Fructus(Lu was not detected,and Tm was only detected in a small number of samples).The results showed that there was a positive correlation between rare earth elements,among which Ce was significantly positively correlated with Y,Dy,Ho,Er and Yb(*p<0.05),and other elements were significantly positively correlated(* * p<0.01).The clustering heat map analysis was carried out by TBtools software.The analysis results showed that Jiangxi was clustered into one category(except S5),and the rest were clustered into one category.The principal component analysis was carried out by Origin 2022,which was consistent with the clustering heat map analysis results.
