高效液相色谱法测定香苏理气止痛颗粒剂中橙皮苷的含量

摘要
目的:建立测定香苏理气止痛颗粒剂中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC).方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(ODS柱)为填充剂,流动相为乙腈-水(18:82),流速(v)=1.0 mL/min,柱温(T)=30℃,在波长(λ)283 nm时检测.结果:橙皮苷浓度为 16.3617 μg/mL～81.8085 μg/mL与峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数r为 0.9999,回收率平均值为 99.28%.结论:本研究建立的方法操作简便,结果准确,适用于香苏理气止痛颗粒剂的质量研究.
Abstract
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Xiangsuliqizhitong granules.Methods:Octadecylsilane bonded silica gel(ODS)was used as filler.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(18:82),the flow rate(v)was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature(T)was 30℃,and the detection wavelength(λ)was 283nm.Results:The concentration of hesperidin in the range of 16.3617 μg/mL～81.8085 μg/mL showed a linear relationship with the peak area,the correlation coefficient(r)was 0.9999,and the average recovery was 99.28%.Conclusion:The method established in this study is simple and accurate,which is suitable for the quality study of Xiangsuliqizhitong granules.
