Determination of Hesperidin in Xiangsuliqizhitong Granules by HPLC
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Xiangsuliqizhitong granules.Methods:Octadecylsilane bonded silica gel(ODS)was used as filler.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(18:82),the flow rate(v)was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature(T)was 30℃,and the detection wavelength(λ)was 283nm.Results:The concentration of hesperidin in the range of 16.3617 μg/mL~81.8085 μg/mL showed a linear relationship with the peak area,the correlation coefficient(r)was 0.9999,and the average recovery was 99.28%.Conclusion:The method established in this study is simple and accurate,which is suitable for the quality study of Xiangsuliqizhitong granules.
