Amino Acid Detection of 72 Wuhan Teas and Screening of High Theanine Varieties
In this thesis,72 tea samples from Hubei province were tested and analyzed,and high theanine lines were selected.GB/T 30987-2020,where in the content of various free amino acids in tea is detected and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography,the contents of theanine and free amino acids were analyzed and evaluated,and the high quality and high theanine varieties were selected as planting quality resources.The total content of theanine,the proportion of theanine in free amino acids,and the differences of tea varieties were analyzed in the experiment.It provides a reference idea for the realization of high theanine tea.In ord to strengthen that development of high-theanine varieties,improve the quality and richness of tea products and facilitate the popularization of tea products,improve the influence and competitiveness of Chinese tea,and even promote to international.
