新课程标准改革下的化学课程体现了以学生为主体的教育教学理念,对学生的培养不仅局限于知识技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观这三个维度,核心素养便是对此进行的进一步凝练与提升.在化学学科核心素养的背景下和社会迫切需要创新型人才的情况下,如何建立高质量的教师教育体系,推动教师教育向卓越教师教育方向发展,已成为当前最热门的话题.本文以学科核心素养为基础,对中学化学卓越教师的培养策略进行了深入的分析和论证,这些策略不仅为我国的教师教育提供了一个明确的方向,也对解决某些现实问题有帮助,能让我国教师向更高的层次发展,并更快地达到卓越的目标.
Exploration of the Cultivation Model for Excellent High School Chemistry Teachers Based on Subject Core Literacy
Under the reform of the new curriculum standards,the chemistry curriculum reflects the educational teaching philosophy of student-centeredness.The cultivation of students is not limited to the three dimensions of knowledge and skills,processes and methods,and emotional attitudes and values.Core literacy is a further refinement and enhancement of this.Against the background of the core literacy of the chemistry discipline and the urgent need for innovative talents in society,how to establish a high-quality teacher education system and promote the development of teacher education towards excellent teacher education has become the hottest topic.Based on subject core literacy,this article conducts in-depth analysis and demonstration of the cultivation strategies for excellent high school chemistry teachers,which provides a clear direction for teacher education in China and also helps to solve some practical problems,so that teachers in China can develop to a higher level and achieve excellence more quickly.
