Safety Risk Analysis and Prevention for Lithium Extraction from Spodumene by Sulfuric Acid Method
The production of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide via the sulfuric acid method from spodumene concentrate is a key technique,which had lots of potential safety hazard,such as fire,explosion,burns,and asphyxiation etc.By the application of the method of risk assessment code(RAC),the safety risks in the production process of lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonate were analyzed,and then measures were put forward to enhance the level of safety design in the process and improve the enterprise's safety management,hereby prevent the occurrence of accidents.
