Determination of 18 Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Soil by Semiautomatic Soxhlet Extraction Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry
In this study,semi-automatic Soxhlet extraction was used to pretreat soil samples.N-hexane-acetone mixed solvent(volume ratio 1∶1)was used as extraction agent. After purification, concentration and constant volume,18 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls were determined by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. The results show that the method has good linearity in the range of 10.0 μg/L~500 μg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient is>0.998.The limit of detection was 0.2~0.3 μg/kg,and the limit of detection was 0.8~1.2 μg/kg.The recoveries of low, medium and high concentrations were 82.7%~107%,91.4%~118%and 96.1%~110%,respectively.The relative standard deviations were 2.3%~6.3%,1.5%~4.6%and 0.9%~4.9%.The method has the advantages of simple operation, low detection limit, good precision and high recovery, and is suitable for trace analysis of PCBS in soil.
