电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定颗粒物中的重金属——两种消解方法的对比分析

在颗粒物重金属监测的全过程中,布点采样、试剂空白和滤筒(滤膜)空白的控制,前处理及实验室分析等各个环节均可能影响分析的准确度,特别是消解过程中不同消解方法对不同金属元素的消解效率是影响监测结果准确度的关键因素.文章对相同样品分组进行微波消解与电热板消解,通过采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定,分析对比不同消解方法对方法检出限、滤筒(滤膜)空白、正确度、精密度等方面的影响,从而为颗粒物中重金属测定工作中所使用的消解方法的优化选择提供参考.
Determination of Heavy Metals in Particulate Matter by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)
During the whole process of monitoring heavy metals in particulate matter,sampling,control of reagent blank and filter(cartridge)Blank,pretreatment,and laboratory analysis may affect the accuracy of analysis,especially,in the digestion process,the digestion efficiency of different metal elements by different digestion methods is the key factor affecting the accuracy of monitoring results.Microwave digestion and electrothermal plate digestion of the same samples were Inductively coupled plasma by ICP-MS,the effects of different digestion methods on detection limit,blank of filter,accuracy and precision were analyzed and compared,so as to provide reference for the optimization of digestion methods of heavy metals in particulate matter.
