Objective:Uncertainty evaluation for the determination of four fluoroquinolone residues in egg by High Performance Liquid Chromatography.Method:According to The determinatian of quinolones residues in egg by HPLC method(Ministry of Agriculture Annough the establishment of a mathematical model,analysis and evaluation of a series of standard curve configuration,verification of instruments and equipment,sample weighing,repetitive experiments and sample solution preparation,the uncertainty of the residues of four fluoroquinone drugs,enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,danofloxacin and salafloxacin,is obtained.Result:Evaluation of The uncertianty of the determination of four fluoroquinolone residues in egg cadmium concent in rice were Xcipro=85.009±0.03386 μg/kg(k=2),Xenro=44.920±0.05950 μg/kg(k=2),Xpano=55.195±0.04622 μg/kg(k=2),Xsara=96.312±0.03734 μg/kg(k=2).Conclusion:The main sources of measurement uncertainty are a series of standard curve configuration,verification of instruments and equipment,sample weighing,repetitive experiments and sample solution preparation,which should be controlled during the actual detection process to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
