本研究以硝酸铋为原料,不添加任何表面活性剂,不添加碱液以调控反应体系pH值,采用水解法通过对反应过程的调控制备氯氧化铋晶体.文章以平均粒径为评价指标,考察了反应温度、搅拌转速、反应时间、酸液浓度等因素对氯氧化铋晶体的影响.在单因素试验的基础上,以氯氧化铋平均粒径为响应值,采用Design Expert软件,根据Box-Behnken的中心组合试验设计原理,选取反应温度、搅拌转速和反应时间为自变量进行响应面分析设计试验,对氯氧化铋珠光颜料的制备工艺进行优化.结果表明,各因素对氯氧化铋平均粒径大小的影响权重为搅拌转速>反应时间>反应温度,氯氧化铋珠光颜料的最佳制备条件为反应温度90℃、反应时间1h、搅拌转速480r/min、盐酸浓度0.2 mol/L,此条件下得到的氯氧化铋平均粒径是18.92 μm.
Preparation of Bismuth Oxychloride as Pearlescent Pigment
Bismuth oxychloride crystals were prepared from bismuth nitrate by hydrolysis method without adding any Surfactant or adding alkali to adjust the pH of the reaction system.The effects of reaction temperature,agitation speed,reaction time and acid concentration on bismuth oxychloride crystals were investigated.On the basis of single factor experiment,taking the average particle size of bismuth oxychloride as the response value,using Design Expert software,according to Box-Behnken's central combined experiment design principle,the reaction temperature,agitation speed and reaction time were selected as independent variables to carry out response surface analysis and design,and the preparation process of bismuth oxychloride pearlescent pigment was optimized.The results show that the order of influence on the average particle size of bismuth oxychloride is stirring speed>reaction time>reaction temperature,the optimum preparation conditions of bismuth oxychloride pearlescent pigment were as follows:reaction temperature 90 ℃,reaction time 1 h,agitation speed 480 r/min,hydrochloric acid concentration 0.2 mol/L,the average particle size of bismuth oxychloride was 18.92 pm.
