Preparation and Properties of Multi-cations-photocrosslinked Polyarylpiperidine Anion Exchange Merbrane
In this paper, the poly(biphenyl N-methyl piperidine)(PB)backbone was first synthesized via superacid-catalyzed polycondensation, then the crosslinker N1,N6-bishexene-N1,N1,N6,N6-tetramethylhexane-1,6-diammonium bromide(HETD)was prepared. Finally,a series of cross-linked polyaryl piperidine anion-exchange membranes QPBP-HETD-X%with different HETD contents(X=20,40,60 and 80,where X represents the molar content of HETD)were prepared using UV cross-linking reactions. The result showed that, the introduction of multi-cation crosslinking structure effectively improves the mechanical strength and electrochemical performance of the membrane.Among them,QPBP-HETD-60%has good comprehensive performance, with a ionic conductivity of 59.08 mS/cm(80 ℃),the swelling rate is only 4.15%(room temperature),the tensile strength is 42.93 MPa,and the conductivity residual is 84.42%after 360 h treatment with 1 mol/L NaOH at 60 ℃.
