摘要

高炉出铁沟用浇注料抗氧化性能的好坏是决定浇注料使用寿命的重要指标,为了改善铁沟用浇注料易氧化的问题,本文以棕刚玉、刚玉粉碳化硅、氧化铝、硅微粉、水泥、碳素等为原料,制备出铁沟浇注料的原始配方,研究了新型抗氧化剂铝碳化三钛对浇注料抗氧化性能及其他物理指标的影响规律.结果显示,随抗氧化剂铝碳化三钛的增加,材料的常温强度呈现逐渐减小的趋势.材料的中温及高温处理后的强度表现为先增后降的规律,高温抗折强度先增大后减小,抗氧化性逐渐增强.当Ti3AlC2的加入量为1%时,材料的综合指标最佳.

Abstract

The anti-oxidation performance of castable for blast furnace iron ditch is an important index to determine the service life of castable.In order to improve the problem of easy oxidation of castable for iron ditch,the original formula of castable for iron ditch is prepared with brown corundum,silicon carbide,alumina,silicon powder,cement and carbon as raw materials,and the influence law of new antioxidant aluminum titanium carbide on the anti-oxidation performance and other physical indexes of castable is studied.The results show that the normal temperature strength of the material decreases gradually with the increase of antioxidant aluminum titanium carbide.The strength of the material after medium temperature and high temperature treatment increases first and then decreases.The high temperature flexural strength increases first and then decreases,and the oxidation resistance increases gradually.When the addition amount of Ti3AlC2 is 1%,the comprehensive index of the material is the best.
