基于减污降碳协同增效的农村生活污水治理措施探讨

随着全球气候变暖的加剧,人类面临的环境问题日益严峻.我国在2015年基于《京都议定书》提出"双碳"计划,而减污降碳协同增效也随之实施.农村生活污水治理作为推进碳减排的重要组成部分,具有重要的现实意义和深远的社会影响.本文以减污降碳协同增效为基础,综合国内外研究现状,针对我国农村生活污水治理措施进行梳理,以期为农村生活污水高效治理提供新思路.未来,在探索更加高效、环保的治理方式和技术的同时,应进一步加强对农村生活污水治理措施的落实和实践,以便为我国农村生态文明建设贡献更多的力量.
Synergistic Effciency of Discussion on Rural Treatment Measures of Domestic Sewage Based on Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction
With the aggravation of global warming,the environmental problems facing mankind are becoming increasingly severe.In 2015,China proposed the"two-carbon"plan based on the Kyoto Protocol,and the implementation of pollution reduction and carbon reduction was also promoted.As an important part of promoting carbon emission reduction,rural domestic sewage treatment has important practical significance and far-reaching social impact.Based on the synergistic efficiency of pollution reduction and carbon reduction,there fore integrates the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and combs the treatment measures of rural domestic sewage in China,in order to provide new ideas for the efficient treatment of rural domestic sewage.In the future,while exploring more efficient and environmentally friendly treatment methods and technologies,we should further strengthen the implementation and practice of rural domestic sewage treatment measures,so as to contribute more to the construction of rural ecological civilization in China.
