环境损害鉴别案件中废弃电子元件焚烧残渣危险特性鉴定技术研究

工业经济高速发展的背后,是大量固体废物的产生,其中就包括危险废物.不少不法分子为降低废物处置成本或非法牟利,通过填埋、焚烧等途径非法处置危险废物,继而导致环境事件频频发生.本研究以焚烧残渣为研究对象,在分析涉案信息的基础上,通过成分分析确定焚烧残渣来源,通过腐蚀性pH和浸出毒性检测确定固体废物危险特性,明确固体废物属于危险废物,确定废物代码,并总结了固体废物鉴定中的注意事项.通过本研究,可为固体废物危险特性鉴别和环境损害司法鉴定中危险废物鉴定的工作开展提供参考性建议.
Research on Identification Technology of Hazardous Characteristics of Waste Electronic Component Incineration Residues in Environmental Damage Identification Cases
Behind the rapid development of the industrial economy,it's a lot of solid waste,including hazardous waste,is generated.Many illegal individuals illegally dispose of hazardous waste through landfilling,incineration,and other means to reduce waste disposal costs or illegally make profits,resulting in frequent environmental incidents.This study focuses on incineration residue as the research object.Based on the analysis of the involved information,the source of incineration residue is determined through component analysis,and the hazardous characteristics of solid waste are determined through corrosive pH and leaching toxicity testing.Solid waste is identified as hazardous waste and waste code,and precautions in solid waste identification are summarized.This study can provide reference suggestions for the identification of hazardous characteristics of solid waste and the identification of hazardous waste in environmental damage judicial assessment.
