"学、研、教"三位一体理念是将基础学习、研讨分析和实践训练有机融合的教育指导思想.以"学、研、教"三位一体理念为指导、以实践性与应用性的专业特征为指标,提出优化课程结构和内容、开拓网络和区域教研平台、实行阶段渐进型实践训练及线上线下双轨并举实习来解决学科化学专业学位研究生培养的课程设置不当、教研平台类型短缺、实践条件欠缺问题,将教育改革细化至培养环节,以期提高学科化学专业学位研究生的培养质量,为我国培养更多化学教学"卓越教师".
Investigation of the Current Situation of Postgraduate Training and Quality Improvement Measures of Discipline Chemistry Degree Under the Trinity Concept of"Learning,Research and Teaching"
The trinity concept of"learning,research,and teaching"is an educational guiding ideology that organically integrates basic learning,research and analysis,and practical training.Guided by the concept of"learning,research,and teaching"and guided by the professional characteristics of practicality and application,this paper proposes to optimize the course structure and content,develop network and regional teaching and research platforms,implement phased progressive practical training,and combine online and offline internships to work out the problems of improper curriculum setting,shortage of teaching and research platform types,and lack of practical conditions for graduate students majoring in chemistry,Refine education reform into the training process in order to improve the quality of graduate students majoring in chemistry and cultivate more outstanding chemistry teachers in China.
