Exploration and Practice on Construction of Golden Course and Ideological and Political Education in Medicinal Chemistry:Teaching of Structure and Chemical Name of Drug
The drug structure and the chemical name of drug are two key and difficult points in the teaching of medicinal chemistry.The procedure and method of drawing the structure of drug based on its chemical name,and the procedure and method of chemical naming of complex drug structure were summarized,and taught through some examples by lecture-based learning.And then the task-driven teaching method was performed,a group of students must draw some structures of drugs based on their chemical names and teach a chemical name of drug chosen by themselves.At the same time,they were stimulated to discover some shortcomings of the textbook and give their suggestions.The results show,the teaching effects of the drug structure and the chemical name of drug reached an ideal level and accorded with the standard of golden course.In addition,the resource of ideological and political education was excavated from the teaching of the drug structure and the chemical name of drug,which was an effective exploration on the ideological and political education in medicinal chemistry.
