近年来,聚合物纳米颗粒(PNPs)因其优异的性能,如较高比表面积、良好生物相容性和生物可降解性等,被广泛应用于生物医学领域.与常规化学药物相比,PNPs具有多种优势,如可将药物更有特异性、更有效地递送至目标细胞、组织或器官,以及调控药物的释放速率和持续时间等.本文综述了 PNPs的制备方法及在癌症诊断和治疗中的应用.
Preparation of Polymeric Nanoparticles and their Application in Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment
In recent years,polymeric nanoparticles have been widely used in the biomedical field due to their excellent properties,such as high specific surface area,good biocompatibility,and biodegradability.Compared with conventional chemical drugs,polymeric nanoparticles also have various advantages,such as more specificity and effective delivery of drugs to target tissues,cells or organs,and regulation of drug release rate and duration.This article reviews the preparation methods of polymeric nanoparticles and their applications in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
