本文探讨了内燃发动机机油(以下简称"机油")的化学组成与其抗磨损性能之间的关联,旨在为提高机油的性能提供理论依据和实践指导;概述了机油的化学组成以及添加剂的种类和功能;通过色谱分析、光谱分析等科学技术手段,对机油的化学组成进行了定量和定性分析,并进一步研究分析了机油化学组成对其抗磨损性能的影响机制.本文一方面,探讨了基础油的化学结构对润滑性能及抗磨损性能的直接影响,并阐明了影响抗磨损性能的关键因素和机制,为内燃发动机机油的配方优化和性能提升提供了科学依据;另一方面,解析了抗磨损添加剂中硫、磷、氮等元素的作用原理,以及添加剂之间可能存在的协同和拮抗效应.基于此,未来研究可进一步探索新型添加剂的开发与应用.
Study on the Relationship Between Chemical Composition and Anti-Wear Performance of Internal Combustion Engine Oil
To provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the performance of engine oil,this paper discusses the relationship between the chemical composition of internal combustion engine oil(hereinafter referred to as"engine oil")and its anti-wear performance,in order The chemical composition of engine oil and the types and functions of additives are summarized.By means of chromatographic analysis,spectral analysis and other scientific technological means,the chemical composition of engine oil is quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed.And the influence of the chemical composition of engine oil on its anti-wear performance is further studied and analyzed.On the one hand,the effect of the chemical structure of base oil on lubricity and anti-wear performance is explored.the key factors and influencing mechanisms of the anti-wear performance are clarified,which provides a scientific basis for the formula and performance optimization of engine oil.On the other hand,the mechanism of sulfur,phosphorus,nitrogen and other elements in anti-wear additive is analyzed,as the same time,the synergy and antagonism effects between the additives were expounded.Based on this,we can further explore the development and application of new additives in the future.
