摘要

饲料及饲料添加剂中镍含量的测定缺少相应的标准方法,本文采用等离子体发射光谱法测定100亿CFU/克枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂中的镍含量.对消解液的选择、消解方式的选择、电加热板敞口消解消解时间和消解温度的选择、分析谱线的选择等进行了研究.该方法检出限为0.04 mg/L,相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为 1.75%~13.56%,加标回收率为 87.5%~117.3%,线性回归方程为 y=308.01x-126.92,R2=0.9998.

Abstract

There is still a lack of corresponding standard methods for the determination of nickel in feed and feed supplement,This experiment studied the nickel content in 100 billion CFU per gram Bacillus subtilis WP by ICP-OES.Choice of digestion solution and the choice of resolution mode Electric heating plate open digestion digestion time and digestion temperature selection analyze the selection of spectral lines are studied.The detection limit is 0.01mg/L.RSD(n=6)is between 1.75%~13.56%.Adding standard recovery is between 87.5%~117.3%.The linear regression equation is y=308.01x-126.92,R2=0.9998.
