There is still a lack of corresponding standard methods for the determination of nickel in feed and feed supplement,This experiment studied the nickel content in 100 billion CFU per gram Bacillus subtilis WP by ICP-OES.Choice of digestion solution and the choice of resolution mode Electric heating plate open digestion digestion time and digestion temperature selection analyze the selection of spectral lines are studied.The detection limit is 0.01mg/L.RSD(n=6)is between 1.75％～13.56％.Adding standard recovery is between 87.5％～117.3％.The linear regression equation is y=308.01x-126.92,R2=0.9998.
