目的:建立直接进样-离子色谱法同时测定医用血液透析用水中F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42-等常见阴离子化学污染物的方法.方法:参考医药行业标准《血液透析及相关治疗用水》(YY 0572-2015),结合医疗用水中离子浓度及实验室仪器条件,选用Metrosep A SUPP 5-150阴离子分离柱,柱温45℃,进样量100 μL,优化了测试系统淋洗液的组成、浓度以及流速.样品仅需在线经过0.22μm针式过滤器即可直接进样上机测试.采用抑制电导检测器检测,外标法定量,一次进样能同时分析医用血液透析用水中4种阴离子化学污染物,同时考察实验方法的准确度和精密度.结果:在0~20.0 mg/L浓度范围内所测各阴离子线性良好,相关系数R>0.9995.结论:该方法快速、简便、准确,结果稳定可靠,能满足卫生系统医用透析用水的日常监测需求.
A Method for Determination of Common Anions Chemical Pollutant in Medical Hemodialysis Water by Direct Injection Ion Chromatography
Objective:A method for the simultaneous determination of F-,Cl-,NO3,and SO42-in medical hemodialysis water by direct injection ion chromatography has been established.Methods:According to the medical industry standard Hemodialysis and Related Therapeutic Water(YY 0572-2015),combined with the ion concentration in medical water and the condition of laboratory apparatus,the Metrosep a SUPP 5-150 anion separation column with column temperature of 45℃ was selected and the injection volume was 100 μL,and the composition,concentration and flow rate of the eluent were optimized,the sample,after passing through a 0.22 μm microporous filter membrane,can be directly injected into a machine for testing,detected by a suppressed conductivity detector,and quantified by an external standard method.Four kinds of anionic chemical pollutants in hemodialysis water can be analyzed by a single sample injection,and the accuracy and precision of the test method are also investigated.Results:The results showed that Linear curves were obtained in the range of 0 mg/L to 40.00 mg/L with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.9995.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple,accurate,stable and reliable,which can meet the daily monitoring needs of medical dialysis water in the health system.
