半枫荷类药材薄层色谱鉴别方法的建立

本研究以半枫荷、翻白叶树对照药材溶液为对照品,考察供试品溶液的制备方法、展开剂、点样量、展距、显色剂、饱和方式、检视方式对薄层色谱分析的影响,确定半枫荷类的最佳薄层色谱条件.采用薄层色谱GF254硅胶板,以100%的甲醇为萃取溶剂制备供试品溶液,以环己烷:乙酸乙酯:甲酸=7:2:0.1为展开剂展开,喷以10%硫酸乙醇溶液,热风吹干显色,展开缸和薄层板均饱和,于波长为365 nm的紫外光灯下进行检视,所得半枫荷类药材薄层色谱分离效果和显色效果较佳,斑点清晰且特征性好.该方法安全、易操作、专属性强,可作为半枫荷类药材的薄层鉴别方法.
Establishment of TLC Identification Method for Medicinal Herbs of Banfenghe
S.cathayensis and P.heterophyllum reference herbal solutions were used as reference substances and the effects of preparation method of test solution,developing agent,sample amount,spreading distance and color developer on TLC analysis,Saturationmode,inspection mode were investigated and the best TLC conditions of medicinal herbs of banfenghe were determined.Thin-layer chromatography GF254silica gel plate was used to prepare the test solution with 100%methanol as extraction solvent,Cyclohexane:ethyl acetate:formicacid=7:2:0.1 as developing agent,sprayed with 10%Ethanol sulfate solution,dried by hot air for color development,and examined under the 365nm UV lamp.The obtained medicinal herbs of Banfenghe layer chromatography has good separation and color development effect,clear spots and good characteristics.The method is safe,easy to operate and highly specific,and can be used as a TLC identification method for medicinal herbs of Banfenghe.
