Study on Preparation of Nanostructured Lipid for Sunscreen Agents Using Ultrasound Assisted Emulsification Method
A nano lipid particle system loaded with chemical sunscreen agents with good biocompatibility and non irritating skin was prepared using emulsification ultrasound method. The influence of emulsification temperature, emulsification time, ultrasound time and other conditions on the particle size and dispersion coefficient of the system was explored through single factor experiments. The optimal preparation conditions are emulsification temperature of 95℃,emulsification time of 210 s,and ultrasonic time of 20 minutes.Compared with the ordinary lotion containing the same amount of sunscreen agent, the nano lipid particle system enhanced the ultraviolet shielding ability and sunscreen effect duration of the chemical sunscreen agent, the ultraviolet absorption performance of octyl methoxycinnamate increased by about 40%,and the ultraviolet absorption performance of butyl methoxy dibenzoylmethane increased by about 20%.The attenuation degree of their ultraviolet absorption curve with time significantly decreased, extending the duration of the sunscreen effect. In addition, the nanoliposome system can still maintain the uniform and non stratified state of lotion after centrifugation for 60 minutes at 8000r/min,showing better centrifugation stability;Under test temperature conditions of 4℃,25 ℃,and 40 ℃,the lipid particle system was observed to have a slight increase in particle size during a 50 day retention period, while the dispersion coefficient remained basically unchanged, demonstrating good storage stability.
