Research on the Application of Theoretical α Coefficient Method in X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis of Heavy Metals in Soil
The theoretical α coefficient method was used to correct the matrix effect of heavy metal elements, and a model for determining the content of heavy metal elements in soil by X-ray fluorescence analysis was established. The results showed that the linear correlation of the established model for the determination of heavy metals was good, and the accuracy and precision were good, with the RSD of 2.09%~6.2%.The detection limits of the model were:Cr 2.0 μg·g-1,Cu 0.9 μg·g-1,Pb 1.1 μg·g-1,As 0.9 μg·g-1,Ni 0.9 μg·g-1 and Zn 1.2 μg·g-1.The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for simultaneous determination of heavy metals in soil.
