Research on the Identification Technology of Pollutant Properties in Cases of Illegal Dumping of Solid Waste-Taking Suspected Industrial Tar Waste as an Example
Taking the waste suspected of being industrial waste tar illegally dumped in an environmental incident as the research object,based on the clarification that the waste belongs to the category of solid waste,it is preliminarily assumed to be industrial waste tar according to the sensory physical and chemical properties of the waste.Then,the organic qualitative and characteristic pollutant quantitative detection and identification technology scheme is used to verify the hypothesis,and the identified object is determined to be hazardous waste with toxic and hazardous characteristics.Finally,the waste code is determined as 900-000-1 1 by comparing with the National Hazardous Waste List(2021 edition).This study proposes an identification technology route based on the sensory and physicochemical properties of solid waste,which qualitatively determines characteristic pollutants and potential hazardous characteristics,and quantitatively identifies and detects them.The aim is to provide reference work ideas for ecological environment management departments,environmental damage judicial identification institutions,and solid waste identification institutions.
